NOTICE: USING THE CONTACT FORM BELOW, VERBAL COMPLAINTS and/or SOCIAL MEDIA POSTS about LPD officers will not be sufficient to start any investigation related to officer misconduct. A formal written complaint must be completed before an internal investigation will be initiated. If you have a problem with, or complaint about one of our officers, you must visit the office of the Chief of Police during normal business hours. If this is not possible and you can only visit after hours, please ask for the Supervisor-on-Duty, who will provide you with the necessary forms. Every complaint is taken seriously and will be thoroughly investigated.
